By using Magnifier Zoom or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
2. App purpose
Magnifier Zoom is a general-purpose camera magnifier, capture and text-recognition utility. It is not a medical device, professional measurement instrument, legal verification tool, security scanner or diagnostic system.
3. Accuracy limitations
Zoomed images, OCR results, stabilization, focus, exposure and captures can vary based on camera hardware, software, lighting, movement, distance, perspective, subject quality and other conditions. We do not guarantee that a displayed, captured or recognized result is exact, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Verify important information using the original source or an appropriate professional method.
4. Pro and purchases
Magnifier Zoom may offer Monthly, Annual and Lifetime Pro options through Google Play. Actual pricing, taxes, billing intervals, offers, refunds, renewals and cancellation controls are governed by the terms shown through Google Play at the time of transaction.
5. Advertising
The free version may display ads. Where available, an optional rewarded ad can provide a temporary 15-minute ad-free period. The reward does not unlock Pro functionality.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using the App lawfully and respecting privacy, copyright, property and other rights. Do not use the App to unlawfully surveil others, bypass access restrictions, commit fraud or interfere with another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Magnifier Zoom name, original application code, website design and original branding materials are owned by or licensed to DurCorps except for third-party libraries, platform elements and services that remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.
8. Availability
Features can differ by Android version, device hardware, camera capabilities, Google Play availability, network connection, region and third-party service status. We may modify features to improve compatibility, security, performance or compliance.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement beyond any warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DurCorps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from reliance on magnified images, OCR output, unavailable features or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the App, business model, legal requirements or integrated services change. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated terms.
