1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Magnifier Zoom (“the App”) and this official support website are operated by DurCorps (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Camera permission and image processing
The App requires camera access to provide live magnification, flashlight, stabilization, Freeze View and capture functions. Live camera frames are processed on the device for these features. Images are saved only when you choose to capture or save them.
3. Offline OCR
OCR text recognition is designed to run locally on your device. The App does not need to upload an image to a DurCorps server in order to perform its offline OCR feature. OCR results may be copied, shared or retained through the App when you choose those actions.
4. Saved captures and local settings
App preferences, entitlement state caches, temporary ad-free pass timing, saved captures and related history may be stored locally on your device. Android app removal, system cleanup or user deletion actions may remove local data.
5. Advertising and consent
The free experience may display advertising using Google Mobile Ads. The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent handling where required. Depending on your region, choices, device settings and Google’s services, advertising systems may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived by service providers, diagnostics and interaction data in accordance with Google’s policies and your consent choices.
Pro removes ads while a valid Pro entitlement is active. An optional rewarded advertisement may provide a temporary 15-minute ad-free period; this does not unlock Pro features.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions and payment processing are handled by Google Play Billing. DurCorps does not receive your full payment card number through the App. The App may receive purchase status and entitlement information necessary to grant or restore Pro access.
7. Permissions
The App may request or declare permissions needed for camera functionality and advertising, including Camera and, where applicable, advertising ID-related permissions. Availability and behavior depend on Android version and device configuration.
8. Third-party services
The App may integrate Google Play services, Google Mobile Ads, UMP and Google Play Billing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. You should review the privacy documentation available from Google for those services.
9. Website privacy
This website package is static and contains no analytics tag, advertising script, account system or tracking cookie by default. Standard web server logs may still be created by your hosting provider and can contain IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and diagnostic information according to the host’s configuration.
10. Support email
If you contact us at durcorps@gmail.com, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond to your request. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Children
Magnifier Zoom is a general utility and is not designed specifically for children. We do not operate a DurCorps account system through this website.
12. Security
We use reasonable development practices intended to limit unnecessary data exposure. No software or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Data retention and deletion
Local App data can generally be removed through the App’s available controls, Android storage settings or by uninstalling the App. For information sent to us by email, you may contact us to request deletion subject to legal, security and operational retention requirements.
14. International users
Third-party Google services may process data across countries in accordance with their own infrastructure, policies and legal obligations.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, website, legal requirements or integrated services change. The effective date at the top indicates the current version.
